- Before Sin only fulfills orders that are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes to customers in the United States, Canada and or Mexico.
- Delivery can be expected within 3-5 business days of your order being processed.

- All orders receive a tracking number which you will receive via email once your order is processed and ready for shipping.

- We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.
- The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours.
- The name “Before Sin” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
Plain, Anonymous Packaging
When you order a sex toy, the last thing you want is for your mailman or anyone else to know about it. That’s why discreet shipping is so important. And it’s why Before Sin makes every effort possible to protect your privacy from the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door.
All Before Sin orders are discreetly packaged in either a plain brown box or padded bubble mailer, depending on your items. We use brown boxes for orders with multiple items and our larger sex toys. Bubble mailers are saved for smaller items, such as lingerie or lubes.
Neither the brown box nor bubble mailer examples have the Before Sin name or logo anywhere on them. That’s not an accident. With a well-known name like Before Sin, we want to make sure people can’t guess what you ordered just by looking at the box or mailing label. That’s why every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It might look a little bland compared to some other sites, but it’s definitely discreet.
When required by postal regulations, we’ll include a phone number and mailing address in the from field. Otherwise, we’ll leave that field completely blank as an additional precaution.
Special Exceptions
- Please note that carriers will not deliver orders on holidays.
- We try to account for this when determining your anticipated delivery date but cannot account for unexpected delays due to severe weather, shipping delays, and other potential issues.
Shipping To Military Addresses
- All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes.
- Per military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the United States Postal Service.
Backordered Items & Shipping Policies
- If one of your items is backordered, Before Sin will reach out to you with other item options available so you do not need to wait.
- Should you choose to wait for your backordered item, it will be shipped separately on a later date and you will not be charged extra.
Before Sin requires a signature of your order that include item(s) priced $250 or more, or when orders exceed $400.
